Recycling...

I´ve been collecting some toilet paper tubes for an eventual recycling... And I´ve been hoarding this cute image from Bugaboo since I don´t remember when, so I took it out of my folder of printed-images-ready-to-color and colored it to made this simple gift box
I started giving shape of a pillow box to the tube and distressed the borders with white acrylic paint.
Then I needed a piece of yellow colored raffia and a scrap of patterned paper I had for ages. It all comes together in no time!
I colored the image with colored pencils, added some glitter to the balloon and finished it with a dimensional paint (thanks mom!). Cut it around and placed it with foam tape.

I´m playing at the following challenges:
Little Red Wagon challenge #77: clouds
Creative Inspirations Wednesday Challenge Blog challenge #108: pets/animals
Creative Inspirations challenge #58: digi day
Paper Sundaes challenge #66: sundae bar (sparkle and yellow for me, please ☺)

Happy Easter to everyone! look what we had for dessert! my stepmom made for us this wonderful and delicious easter egg, that it traveled with me 14000 Km (8700 mi)
