Hello everyone! I did it again... 10 days have flown by... Today I want to post about this card I made for a dear friend.
A lots of little things on this one: texture, color, glitter, sparkle... lately I prefer to make more simple and less sophisticated cards, but it turned out very well!
The sentiment is made with foam letters I colored with markers (those very cheap kids like to use) to give that white wooden look, very pretty! I made it by copying a patterned paper I have in my stash ☺
Ant the flower I made it following a wonderful tutorial I found at this wonderful crafter´s blog Desire.
The final touches are sequins, rhinestones and punched cute little butterflies.
I´m showing my card at:
Chocolate, coffee & cards challenge #41: Bingo (Bling, glitter, flowers)
Southern girls challenge: cut and punch it out
WAW challenge #85
thank you for stopping by! have a wonderful day

Hello everyone! as every Friday afternoon we get together to make some cards and papercrafts to help others (see more about it here and here). This time we learnt how to use dies. These are my cards:
The first one is soooo pretty in real life! I used printed vellum paper, I love those yellow roses! and some scraps of green paper to cut the butterflies. I added a sentiment from Latina Crafter and some black rhinestones.
An on the second one I used a very large butterfly die I cut twice one on pink neon cardstock and on vellum. I superimposed both butterflies, curled a bit its wings before placing it to the card and I embellished it with rhinestones. To finish my card I punched its bottom and stamped a pretty sentiment (also from Latina Crafter).
I´m showing my cards at:
One stitch at a time challenge #167: pretty it up
Loves rubberstamps challenge #55: anything goes
Aud sentiments challenge: anything goes
Crafting with dragonflies challenge #3: one for the girls
Bearly mine challenge #89: dies
Creative card crew challenge #37: punches/dies
A creative romance challenge #1: anything goes
Thank you for stopping by! have a great day
The first one is soooo pretty in real life!

Hello everyone! here I´m to show you a card I made yesterday
A few days ago I saw the cover of a music CD and immediately I got inspired by it. I plan to make more of these because I have to improve the technique of drawing straight lines directly on the card, but being my first one I´m very pleased with the result!
I´m playing also at the following challenges (it´s been a while and I´m missing it so much!):
Runaway Inspired challenge #37: fashion east
Deep Ocean challenge #53 : for a girl
Papertake weekly challenge: anything goes
Magdalenas (spanish muffin) anyone?
just right out of the oven...
thank you for stopping by, have a wonderful day!

Hello friends! today I wanted to say something about this project about making cards for a cause (you can read more about it here on my blog or here on Sueli´s blog). We are still making them to help people in need. Since my last post about this project I´ve made tons! some were sold, some we still have them to sell.
They are quite a few, so I´m going to make it short for each of them. Please, please, contact Sueli if you want to help us help others and buy the cards. Thank you in advance!
These are the latest I made, we learned how to use watercolors and punches.
For Easter we made some cute baskets, that we deacorated with all we had at hand.
For Father´s day we did a coffee cup with a nice mustache, we learned how to make shaped cards.
For Valentine´s day ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
And for Christmas I did ALL these.....
Most of the Christmas ones are sold already, some not. The other I think we still have them available. As I said above, please contact Sueli for more information either you want to buy cards or come to participate with us! and spend a different afternoon with talented and very nice people ☺
Thank you for stopping by! have a wonderful day!

For Father´s day we did a coffee cup with a nice mustache, we learned how to make shaped cards.
For Valentine´s day ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
♥ ♥ Para el dia de los enamorados ♥ ♥
And for Christmas I did ALL these.....

Hello everyone! Here I want to show you today two cards I made a while ago.
The first one is very CAS and I repurposed some scraps of paper.
to embellish it I glued some iridescent sequins and some glass seed beads. It looks very pretty in real life ☺ I used a sketch from Clean & Simple stamping they posted some time ago, don´t you love to go back to old sketches and see how they lead you to a different card?
And the second is one a bit more elaborated for me
I followed (again) an old sketch I found at The Caft´s Meow Store blog. I stamped the sentiment and later I cut it with that fancy shape, added some glitter glue and finished it with a rolled fabric flower (made from leftovers fabrics from my stash and some vintage pearls from an old necklace).
Wishing you a wonderful week! thank you for stopping by!
