3 different papers (designer and/or cardstock)
3 pearls
3 elements that have a color that starts with P
This is a joy-fold card and you can find the tutorial here, it´s a great fold card, easy to make and you end up with a very nice card to look at. I used Water from Michelle Perkett (her Etsy store here) and colored it with colored pencils blended with gamsol. After I colored it, I cut it around and layered it onto plum colored cardstock. To distress the image a bit I used some chalks and to finish it I applied some body shimmer dust on the water stream to make it glitter but not too much.
Here you can see how this joy fold works:
the sentiment is on the inside, I cut it around the words and glued it on the upper side so there is enough space to add a personalized sentiment. I used plum cardstock from my stash, peach and pear colored patterned papers (from Jaime). The front flap is secured with my decorative element:
This flower is composed by three elements whose colors start with P, and are layered one on top of the other: a peach hand cut flower, a peach ribbon flower and a plum button.
I hope I inspired you just a little bit. Don´t get discouraged by the three colors, you can use the same, as long as its color starts with P. There is a long list of colors that start with P!
