Some time ago I started painting stones, these rounded and so smooth stones I got them from the Mediterranean sea two summers ago when we spent a few days on vacations
the blue ladybug was made by my daughter, she did an excellent job! we paint them with acrylic paints and finish them with glossy varnish. We are planning to go go on vacations to the beach this year again, if we go I´ll bring more with me. They are so beautiful to paint!
I got two awards a few days ago!! The first one I got it from Elizabeth (Softpencil), thank you !!!
and I have to say 10 things about me:
1. I´m very sensible so I cry very easily, sometimes to much easily....
2. I like to laugh, it makes me happy even if my day was very complicated, and I do it very loudly HAHAHAHA you see?
3. I love to eat sweets! desserts are my favorite kind of meal, not good for my weight though....
4. I can not throw things away if I see some hidden potential, that´s a problem because most of the times I don´t have enough time to finish my projects.
5. I´m a messy person but in my kitchen and desk at work everything has to be perfectly organized.
6. I don´t like to iron, I really wish I didn´t have an iron, but I can not wear clothes that are not ironed....
7. I don´t know how to shop for me, it´s a difficult task, I can get very unsure while shopping...
8. I wish I could be a bit more selfconfident.
9. I like books with happy endings.
10. A language I´d love to learn is Japanesse because I love manga (Japanesse comics), it´d be wonderful I could read them in the original language!
Abby gave me the second one, thanks so much sweety!!!
I´m passing these two awards to:
Steff, Helen, Marilyn, Gina, Desiréé, Carlie, Catherine, Nancy, Cat, Kerry.

Ileana, these stones are great. I love the little bugs. So much fun.
Those are great!
Ileana, these stones are TOTALLY AWESOME!!! Soooo cute! I love them all! And thanks so much for the award. I'll put it on my blog soon. Have a wonderful weekend. Hugs.
SOOO BEAUTIFUL stones Ileana!!! and your daughter did a great job too! When I was a little girl I used to paint araucaria seeds ;)
I hate to iron too!!! but I agree with you: I can´t wear clothes that aren´t ironed... so I have to iron! LOL
Thanks Ileana :-)
Oh Ileana these are absolutely adorable!! You are so clever :) I love them all but the yellow dotty one is super cute.
hugs
Lynne
What a great way to save your vacation memories, Ileana! The little stones are just precious!
Thank you so much for the "Sweet Blogger" Award. As I was reading the 10 things you wrote about yourself, I noticed that many of them were just like me! I don't like to iron either, and avoid it if I can. We have a product in the States called Downy Wrinkle Release that you can spray on your clothes, hang them up, and most of the wrinkles just fall out. I buy the generic brand at a local Dollar General store because it's so much cheaper. It's called "Wrinkle Releaser" and it works just as well...especially on Tshirts, so I don't have to iron as much. I LOVE desserts too, don't like to shop for clothes for myself, and love books with happy endings!
I love your painted rocks, especially the bumblebee, great colors and painting on all of them though. I am the same way as you, I tend to be a little messy, but my kitchen is perfectly organized at all times, I wish I was more self confident too!
These are the greatest!! I adore the wings on these little cuties! You do such beautiful work! I used to do painting on rocks & put them in my garden areas for added color. Yours would be wonderful inside as well. What an awesome use of these wonderful memory boosters!
Love your rock painting idea! About you---are you me??? Except for items 6b (I hate to iron and CAN wear clothes that aren't ironed) and 7, we seem to be the same person!!! :)
